We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team for a 13-week travel contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This is an excellent opportunity for you looking to expand their skills and experience in a supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist (OT).

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).

• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the OT.

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and home exercises.

• Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• Current COTA state license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
