Occupational Therapist (OT)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine occupational therapy needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' functional abilities.

• Provide skilled interventions focusing on activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive skills.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active Occupational Therapist state license.

• Strong understanding of geriatric rehabilitation and patient-centered care.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for a 13-week contract.
