Physical Therapist (PT)

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or Outpatient Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity you to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional abilities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

• Provide patient and family education on therapeutic exercises and home programs.

• One year of Outpatient Clinic experience is required for Millsboro, DE hiring.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

• Valid Physical Therapist state license.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for a 13-week contract.
